It's a Saturday night at Pantyhose Saloon, a joyful palace of pleasure built atop of where Devious Donathan's Delightful Circus once stood.

Donathan was once a successful man, whose magical capabilities are unmatched.  But since corporate greed has bent him over in 2021, he has nothing.

That is, until now.

Devious Donathan will make himself remembered by breaking into the Saloon, climbing to the top, and taking as many of the dancers as he can via balloon travel.

He is currently wanted for kidnapping and breaking and entering, with the nickname "The Saloon Balloon Goon"
